RUSAL’s board member Lader resigns on sanctions

MOSCOW, Apr 10 (PRIME) -- Independent non-executive director of aluminum producer RUSAL Philip Lader has quit the board of directors due to the U.S. sanctions against the company, RUSAL said in a statement on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

Earlier on Tuesday, another member of the board of directors Ivan Glasenberg resigned.
